Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager, the incumbent AGPA will perform contract review and compliance monitoring of the California LifeLine third-party administrator (TPA), as well as of other CPUC vendors. Incumbent will provide oversight of communication between the TPA and stakeholders (including service providers, consumer advocate groups, other State agencies, the public, and more). In addition to analyzing contract requirements and deliverables and providing recommendations that facilitate and modernize the program, the incumbent will have a variety of responsibilities such as tracking/reviewing/paying monthly invoices, performing audits, tracking program fund balances to ensure sufficient funds, managing LifeLine mailboxes and program websites.
