Under the direction of the Program & Project Supervisor, the RDS III will work as part of a team of analysts to:
- Implement and administer the Federal Funding Account grant program to fund last-mile infrastructure projects.
- Adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
- Provide data analysis support to team members reviewing applications and project completion milestones.
- Conduct ad-hoc technical analyses and research to provide team with accurate information to be used during review and implementation.
- Present research, analysis, findings, and recommendations orally and in writing.
- Develop and maintain solutions to consolidate and organize data sets for both internal analysis and public display and visualization.
- Utilize coded solutions for replicable and documented analysis of spatial and non-spatial data sets.
- Create public-facing datasets and maps for communication with the general public.
- Prepare materials and assist discussions in meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage external vendors for timely delivery and quality deliverables.
