Virtual interviews via web portals or phone may be offered as deemed appropriate and feasible by the hiring manager – standard in-person interviews will still be offered if conditions permit.

Under general supervision of the Legal Support Supervisor II, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting attorneys by performing a variety of complex legal work. Duties include typing, formatting, editing legal correspondence, petitions, briefs, motions, testimonials; processing resolutions; web-publish, e-file and serve a variety of legal documents in multiple jurisdictions, including State, Federal and Appellate Courts.
The incumbent must have an understanding of technical and legal terms covering a wide variety of multiple and specialized areas of law. Must be able to analyze, apply rules, regulations, statues and laws regarding legal procedures applicable to format, processing and serving legal documents.
