Under the direction of the Supervising Management Auditor, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will be responsible for various complex, technical, and analytical assignments and work independently at the journey level with minimum supervision. The AGPA will perform the following duties, including but not limited to the following:
Maintains file of all internal audit reports issued; tracks the status of audit findings and corrective action plans (CAP); assembles and distributes audit reports; assists with preparing quarterly CAP reports and monthly presentations for the Audit Committee's meetings; performs data analytics; prepares and monitors the Internal Audit Services (IAS) budgets and monthly expenditures; tracks management and staff's completed training hours; acts as Division’s subject matter expert on TeamMate (TM) application; generates bi-weekly time reports from TM; provides TM technical support to staff; maintains Office of Internal Audit Service's (IAS) audit manual, desk procedures, and IAS information on the CPUC intranet; tracks IAS' inventory of laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other equipment/assets.
