We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support for our Deputy Executive Director for External Affairs and the Division’s Directors. If you are called to public service and want to be part of an important mission with a big impact, then this is the job and place for you!
Under direction of the Deputy Executive Director for External Affairs, the Executive Assistant will independently perform administrative and secretarial tasks, including facilitating and scheduling site visits and other virtual and in-person meetings, reviewing and screening incoming correspondence, maintaining and updating records, handling and researching sensitive Division matters, and working with staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Deputy Executive Director and/or Division Directors’ Offices.
