The Program and Project Supervisor (PPS) plans, organizes, and implements the activities of the Field Enforcement Unit (FEU). The PPS directly supervises up to nine Enforcement Analysts in the PURA series. The PPS assigns, reviews, and tracks work plans, ensures quality assurance and consistency in work products (data requests, memos, investigative reports, management reports, presentations and CPUC proceeding documents such as Order Instituting Investigations, Administrative Enforcement Orders, Administrative Consent Orders, etc. and associated documents.) The PPS is responsible for the performance of staff, including providing appropriate training opportunities for staff development; preparing appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary; and leading the competitive hiring process. The PPS also assists the Program Manager in a variety of duties, including division work as assigned.
