The Legal Division of the Public Service Commission is seeking Staff Attorneys to perform legal work in the field of public utility regulation. The Staff Attorneys prepare legal memoranda and filing in cases pending before the Commission. Staff Attorneys provide interpretation of court opinions, statutes, regulations, and administrative orders and advise on the proper legal remedy. There are immediate opportunities to present the Staff position in agency hearings. Perform related duties as required. Requirements: admission to the West Virginia State Bar.
Any experience level considered. Salary begins at $61,544 or higher depending on experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Admission to practice law in the State of West Virginia.
