Energy Efficiency is seeking an Energy Efficiency Analyst, a professional position responsible for supporting the planning, development and evaluation of energy efficiency programs. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, developing goals and performance measures, preparing reports and recommendations for Commission review, and assisting with program monitoring and evaluation. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and play a vital role in advancing energy efficiency efforts across Texas.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, business management, economics, energy management, finance, marketing, f mathematics, or statistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience organizing, validating, or analyzing data using Excel or similar software.
  • Experience supporting administrative, technical, or analytical tasks in an academic, nonprofit, or professional setting.
  • Experience preparing written communications, reports, or summaries based on structured data.
