- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools such as Python, MATLAB, R, Stata, Julia, etc.

- Knowledge of Wyoming statutes related to public utilities;
- Knowledge of Wyoming Public Service Commission policies, rules, and regulations;
- Knowledge of utility regulation of natural gas, pipeline, electric, water, and telecommunications industries;
- Knowledge of utility regulatory principles, practices, and procedures;
- Skill in written and oral communications;
- Ability to plan work, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (typically in Finance)
Experience:
1-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Finance) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Economic Analyst
OR
Education & Experience Substitution:
4-6 years of progressive work experience (typically in Finance) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Economic Analyst
